RESULTS: Monday Night Raw Mar. 10, 1997

BACKSTAGE

You see an open door... where Mr. Terry Taylor is at... Emperor Eddie... a battered Sabrina Savage...are all talking. There is another voice.... Sarah D?! They speak for a few moments... then Taylor and Todd leave the room.

Taylor has his WCW title belt. He moves down the hall... and crouches down outside of Psycho Sid's locker room door.....

The door opens... Sid steps out... and Taylor NAILS HIM WITH THE BELT! The other Network members are there... Slick... Wild Chylde... and Sarah D?! Sid falls backwards and braces himself against the wall.

Taylor turns to Slick...who NAILS him in the face with his cane!! Todd clotheslines Slick... then yells out in pain, shaking his own arm!

Todd: OW! You didn't say it would HURT!

Wild Chylde WHACKS Taylor with her riding crop... and the Network leave Todd and Taylor in the hall as they head to the interview area...

PSYCHO SID PRE-MATCH COMMENTS

Sid is standing with the Network backstage.

Sid : Tonight....Warrior my friend...it's just a little replay of our first match...I will have to beat you again my friend. And this time...Empire you had better stay out of this...or you will pay the price. You think you can do whatever you want...well just try it. The Intercontinentel Title might not be what I want...but it's a start into proving that I am the master...and the ruler...of the world.

(Sid walks out)

FIRST ROUND: INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE TOURNAMENT

The Match:
The Warrior's music starts to play and like a wildman he charges down the aisle and hits the ring!!! The place goes crazy! He starts shaking the ropes and throwing his hands up in the air! The arena is cheering for the Warrior!

Sid's music plays and he gets an equally loud reception! Sid comes out and slaps some hands. He asks a fan...

Sid: WHO'S THE MAN!

Fan: SID!

Sid: WHO'S THE MAN!

Fan: PSYCHO SID!

Sid; WHO'S THE MAN?!

Fan: PSYCHO SID!!!

Sid extends his fist to the fans, who hold theirs out. He gets up onto the apron, where the fans chant.. SID! SID! SID! Psycho Sid then gets into the ring and prepares.... The Network take up their positions outside the ring...

The bell rings...

King: "Well, The Warrior is fresh off his loss to Vader, and Sid is coming off his loss to Diesel. I'd say that BOTH these guys are losers! At least the Warrior has a decent team, though."

Pillman: Bunch of bullies! They're an entire platoon of bullies! And now it seems that the Network is going to start adding people! What the hell is this? Afraid of the Empire? We sat back long enough. We're going to finish this. It starts at WrestleMania... Diesel is finished by the Giant. (pats him on the shoulder and the Giant shakes his head and laughs.) The Road Warriors are through when the Harlem Heat breaks every bone in their worthless bodies! And the Hart Foundation will be BROKEN hearted when me and Stone Cold finish them. And HELL, if Macho Man keeps trying to pull stunts like what he did tonight, you never know... he just may have a little accident on the way to the ring at WrestleMania! Hahahaha!

King: Brian! Easy! We've got a match to get to, remember? Yeesh!

Sid double axehandles the Warrior... then slams him! The Warrior is backed up into the corner... where Sid erupts with quick knife-edge chops. Sid then tries to drive the Warrior back fist into the corner... but the Warrior reverses it!!

The Warrior sends Sid to the opposite corner... but SID REVERSES THIS MOVE!!! Psycho Sid comes charging in at the Warrior... INTO a CLOTHESLINE BY THE WARRIOR!!!

Both men get eye to eye... nose to nose!!!!! They lock up....
