Jim Ross climbs up into the ring with the mic. 'For Those About To Rock' begins to play through the arena and the fans go wild!
JR: Ladies and Gentlemen... at this time... please welcome at this time... the NEW Women's World Champion... ROXANNE!!!!
(Roxanne bursts through the curtains, holding aloft the Women's Title belt! She has a big smile on her face and is playing up to the fans. She moves down the barricade, holding the belt out to the fans so they can all touch it. She gives some hugs to the fans and slaps almost everybody's hand with a high-five! JR waits patiently in the ring as Roxanne hits BOTH sides of the runway, then moves around ringside. She stops at the announcer's table to give Sarah D. a high-five! The fans are eating it up! Roxanne climbs up into the ring and holds the belt out and points to the fans, motioning that the title is as much theirs as it is hers. She moves up to JR and gives HIM a high-five. He blushes as he does it, embarassed that he's getting excited at the high-energy entrance.)
JR: ROXANNE... WELCOME... AND CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Roxanne: Thank you JR! But you're not just congratulating ME! You're not just congratulating... THESE FANS! But you're also congratulating Wild Chylde DiBiase! She had the integrity and the honor to defend this title just days after winning it. She didn't have to do that. But because she DID... yeah... I'm holding it now. But the title that I DO hold in my hands has THAT much more honor and meaning behind it. Wild Chylde's second title reign may have only been eight days. But she brought something SPECIAL to this title. And I hope I can do the same this Monday Night in the TSG Halle in Bruscha, Germany this Monday Night.
JR: That's right! You're first opponent... Valetia Von Strahden! A title defense in Germany!
Roxanne: If it wasn't ME, then Wild Chylde would be defending it! This title has taken on a lot of meaning in the past few months. Shi defended this title at a break-neck pace.... Wild Chylde did the impossible at WrestleMania when she defeated her. I know that I couldn't defeat Shi... I TRIED! Then Wild Chylde agreed for TWO title defenses just days after winning it. It was a great match. And if I do succeed in Germany over VVS... I want to give Wild Chylde a chance at a THIRD time.
JR: Roxanne, you've been wrestling since 1994... you were the FIRST female wrestler EVER signed to the WWF. How does it feel? Is it long overdue?
Roxanne: It feels GREAT! And it's NOT overdue! I've done a lot of good things in the WWF. I've wrestled the best and I've never taken a back-seat to anybody... and I've never sold-out! I've had my chances at the title before, and came up short. I had some luck riding with me on Raw. And hopefully it will stay with me. But if it doesn't... there is one thing that ALWAYS be there with me... and I will be there for them.
(Roxanne looks around at the fans... and they KNOW what she is talking about! They erupt into cheers!)
JR: It sounds like they'll follow you anywhere!
Roxanne: And I will follow them! They brought me back! When I was injured... all the cards and letters and get well wishes. THAT'S what healed my leg! That's what brought me back to the WWF. And THAT'S what helped me win the World Title on Raw! So to you... THE ROCK-A-HOLICS..... THANK YOU!!!!!!!
(The fans erupt out, chanting her name! She holds up the world title to them and they go crazy!!!)
JR: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... ROXANNE!!!!!
(The music plays again. Roxanne jumps out of the ring and begins to circle it again, giving special attention to all the kids at ringside. She drapes the title belt over a little girls shoulder for a few minutes! The girl's eyes go wide and she gets a big smile. Roxanne pats her on the head and motions to her... that someday... the belt could be hers! Roxanne picks the belt back up and continues to move along the fans... )
