The Match:
The camera comes up into the ring, where VVS and Vertigo are at. The two stalk around each other... then lock up. VVS breaks out of the tie-up and chops Vertigo across the face with a knife-edge! Vertigo backs up. VVS throws another chop, and Vertigo blocks by getting a hand up.

VVS comes at her in a flurry of motion and chops her across the head... then wobbles her knees with a head-butt. VVS grabs one of Vertigo's arms and whips her into the corner, running behind her... CLOTHESLINE!!!

Vertigo drops down to her knees.... VVS hooks her... VERTICAL SUPLEX!!!! The SMASH into the canvas. VVS flips back and comes up onto her knees, rolling over and pummeling Vertigo in the face over and over and over!!! The ref warns her, but VVS continues to piston punch Vertigo in the face.

Vertigo throws up a forearm shot that knocks the vampire off. Vertigo rakes VVS in the face and the two battle and fight up to their feet. Valetia bashes Vertigo with an elbow. Vertigo retaliates with a forearm shot to the ribs, doubling her over.

VVS sees Vertigo's legs... and DIVES at them, tripping her down to her knees. Valetia rises up and pulls Vertigo's head forward between her knees. She lifts her up around the waist... TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER!!!! VVS holds on to her!!! She pulls her back up....

TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER!!! VVS STILL holds her!! A THIRD TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER!! VVS drops her all the way down and slams some punches into Vertigo's head... then bares her teeth... AND BITES INTO HER NECK!!!

The referee warns Valetia to break it!!! Vertigo may have PASSED OUT!!! Her neck is running crimson!!! Valetia lets go and covers.... 1... 2... 3...!!! The fans go crazy!!!

VVS's 'Hellraiser' begins to play. She quietly returns to her coffin... and the druids carry her out. The candles along the runway are extinguished by some unseen hand as the druids pass. Vertigo is left motionless in the middle of the ring...

The Rebirth comes to check on Vertigo. She seems unconcious, but Phoenix lifts her up and awakens her.

Phoenix: How is your Dream?

Vertigo: She lives on... in our minds. She is everywhere.

Phoenix: I see...so are you still with us?

Vertigo: I apologize, Phoenix. I must follow my Sire. Perhaps when I am older, I will rejoin you. I have much to learn still, unlike Valetia.

Phoenix: Oh...so sorry to hear that. When you decide to rejoin us, I shall still be waiting. After this trauma with the Dream you need some time.

They leave.

JR: Well... that may be the last time we see Vertigo! Another impressive match from Valetia Von Strahden! She looks ready for her world title match on Raw!
