MEAN GENE INTERVIEWS...

Mean Gene is standing in the aisle.

Gene: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome my guest . . . Network member . . . ahhh, well maybe . . . let's just bring her out here so we can get to the bottom of this! Luxury!

(Luxury makes her way through the curtain and over to Mean Gene, giving a wave to the fans.)

Gene: All right, Luxury, some BIG changes going on with your stable the Network recently. Mr. Perfect has left the group. Wild Chylde has also left, turning the reigns of leadership over to Sarah D! But along with Wild Chylde, your manager Slick has left the Network. Slick has said that he'd still be there for you, should you need him. So Luxury, what about it? Are you planning to stay with the Network, and are you planning to stay with Slick?

Luxury: You know, Gene, I'm pretty relaxed here today. It's the "Ladies Night" card, I'm feeling good . . . I don't feel like talking business here today. Maybe next week I'll go into that, but not now.

Gene: Well, that's fine. I can respect that. What -

Luxury: What I WOULD like to talk about is challenges.

Gene: Challenges?

Luxury: Yes. I've come out here today with 2 challenges I'd like to make. One on behalf of myself, and another on behalf of some friends of mine.

Gene: Go right ahead.

Luxury: Thank you. I'd like to challenge Lady Tyr to a rematch from a while back. She got the better of me on that occasion, but I don't feel it was right. Tyr, if you can pull yourself away from grieving over the Undertaker and talking with weirdo phantoms, accept my challenge. The second challenge I'd like to make is to the Hart Foundation.

Gene: The Hart Foundation?!? You've got to be kidding me!

Luxury: I'm not kidding at all. Hart Foundation, I know that you 2 are fighting champions. And I know that you don't like letting all your fans down. And I know two guys who would like a Tag Team Title shot. No, they're not ranked. No, they're not even a regular team in the WWF. But they would like a shot, and it's not like Bret and the Anvil to shy away from a challenge, is it?

Gene: I should say not!

Luxury: I wouldn't think so. So next week, here on Superstars, I'd like to see my team face the Hart Foundation. Bret, Anvil, unless you feel like letting everyone down, you'll accept my challenge. Gene, it's been a pleasure.

(Luxury makes her way back up the aisle to the dressing rooms.)

Gene: Uhh . . . yes indeed, it has! Luxury, everyone!

WILD CHYLDE DIBIASE PRE-MATCH COMMENTS

Wild Chylde: Roxanne, you are a true champion and would be even without that belt. Shortly, that may be the case. No matter how many times I've done this, it doesn't get easier. To fight for the belt is one thing... to fight a friend... that's something else. We're both strong in beliefs, ambition and body. But who will be stronger? We will soon see. Momentarily, we'll cast off our friendship so that one of us may be champion. Good luck.

ROXANNE PRE-MATCH INTERVIEW

Dok Hendriks is in the Interview Area, beneath a large LADIES NIGHT logo. He's dressed in a loud tuxedo and has a big grin on his face.

Dok: Hello wrestling fans! Smilin' Dok here... along with... the WOMEN'S WORLD CHAMPION... ROXANNE!!

Roxanne comes in, wearing a black leather jacket over her wrestling tights. She's holding the World Title belt over her shoulder.

Roxanne: Dok, it seems you ALWAYS interview me!

Dok: Uhhhh....(looks nervously around).... HADN'T NOTICED! (quickly changes the subject as Roxanne smiles at him.) Tonight... you're facing Wild Chylde DiBiase, the woman you defeated for the title early last month. What about it?

Roxanne: Wild Chylde! Well, she didn't want a shot so soon... but take a look at the rankings! She's #1 ranked! There ARE plenty of other tough contenders out there... but let me tell YOU something Dok... NONE are as tough as Wild Chylde DiBiase!

Dok: Here's something you may NOT have thought of! Wild Chylde has the weight of the WORLD lifted off her shoulders! She's no longer the Network leader! Is that bad news for YOU?

Roxane: You're right... I hadn't thought of that. And it may not be BAD NEWS for me. But it's GOOD NEWS for her! She can concentrate on trying to become the FIRST THREE TIME World Champion!

Dok: How about YOU? What have YOU done to prepare for this?

Roxanne: Dok, I've been hangin' and bangin' back in my Miami Gym everyday. I take this title belt seriously, and I want to defend it not only the BEST WAY I can... but against the BEST contenders! That's what keeps me on my toes... and THAT'S what keeps me WINNING!

Dok: What's the outcome of the match?

Roxanne: Dok... we opened up Ladies Night by ROCKING... and we're going to END Ladies Night by ROCKING some more!

Dok: Best of luck to you Roxanne! Let's get out to the ring!

Heart Attack: Well, Corey. This is the match you've been waiting for! The Main Event for the Women's World Title!

Corey: OBOY! OBOY! OBOY! OBOY! I hope they wrestle for a FULL HOUR!!!

Sarah: (smiles) Let's get up to the ring!
