RESULTS: Monday Night Raw May 12, 1997

Bret stands in the middle of the ring just looking out at the fans, through his sunglasses as the music plays. finally,

Bret: Stop the music.

(the music cuts off)

Bret: (shaking his head) Now, this is something I cannot BELIEVE. Snide comments, verbal attacks even the occasional physical attack I can handle they come with the sport. But this, was completly out of line. Well fine I am here to address some of what I said on Superstars, well really I said that after RAW last week. . .

Bret: YEAH! I don't like losing, alright? But then who really does, if you go backstage right now and asked any of those men, or women, back there if they did not mind losing none of them would say they did not mind. And fine, I was a little more anoyed because it was Sting I lost to, but then Sting and I have been on each other almost since day one. And I am not going to apologize for some of the words I said, because I said them in anger backstage where I should have been allowed to vent. I will apologize to anyone who was offended by them, though. Now everything else that was heard was personal, or between me and a few other people. So I will NOT address any of that, I will just say that I was backstaeg venting all my frustrations and it is unfortunate that everyone had to hear that.

(He takes off his sunglasses)

Bret: Unfortunate for you Pillman, because I am now the one who is pissed off at you, and I do not go in for colapsing chairs or silly string, I go in for my vengance right here, in the ring. And tomorrow night, the fans of the WWF are going to see exactly what I do to someone who has gotten me this mad. And what the hell is it with some of these former graduates from my father's dungeon. First Pillman, and noe Benoit? Chris, the Hart Foundation are the tag team champions, and the last time I saw you, you were unconcious thanks to that tag team.

(He shakes his head and chuckles a bit)

Bret: And Arn, what is this the World Interferance Federation?! Now I may completly agree with this policing the WWF idea, but Arn you act like it is your gGod given right to interfer. This is a wrestling federation Arn, and the best one around, and if you want to keep sticking your nose in other people's matches well, it may just get cut off.

Bret: BUT TOMORROW NIGHT! In this VERY TOWN, I will teach Brain Pillman the consequences of going too far.

The Hart Foundation music starts to play again as Bret rolls out of the ring handing the mic back to the announcer, and heading up the aisle.

JR: Tomorrow night... Tuesday Night Titans... it will be Bret the Hitman Hart against Brian Pillman in the main event! It's going to be a WAR!

Sarah D gets up to head to the interview area for the Network.

JR: Well I guess that just leaves...

Turns to see Vincer and Heart Attack talking amongst themselves.
