WWF Superstars, May 17, 1997WWF Superstars, May 17, 1997Stone Cold is standing in a dark room somewhere in the Saddledome. He stares at the camera for a few moments.... then begins to speak.
Stone Cold: Y'know... it's all finally becoming crystal clear now. The Road Warriors ain't out there for anybody's benefit but they're own. I had every right to be down at ringside for that match....the Mega Powers had damn near their whole stable.... and the Mormon Tabernackle Choir with their best friends with 'em, so why the hell SHOULDN'T I be out there. But these two painted-up pieces of trash had to come and beat me down from behind. And for what.... for just being the hell OUT there. I'll be the first god#@% S.O.B. to admit I done a lot of things in the past... and I'll be doin' a whole HELLUVA lot more in the future. And if they wanna do something about it.... then they'll get the chance. But if this is the kinda game they wanna play. If the game they wanna play is HARDBALL.... then those two mothers just went and done got me and Pillman to suit up. Brian? MY BAT!
Pillman walks into view with Austin... and hands him a nightstick. Pillman has one also.
Pillman: And don't forget... your HAT! HAHAHAHA!
Pillman puts an officer's hat on Austin... and puts one on himself.
Stone Cold: (throws the hat off) Get that the hell off of me! (looks to the camera) Welcome to our OWN brand of law and order. We got all the rights. We got the right to whoop anybody's ass that we want.... and the only right you pieces of trash have... is to take it.... and shut the HELL UP.... BECAUSE STONE COLD SAID SO!!!
(Superstars Theme plays.)
The camera pans to the front row of the audience where we see the entire Hart clan. Sitting in the same row, are Stu and Helen Hart, both appear to be dressed fairly well, and pay little attention to the camera. Next to them sits their son, The Hitman Bret Hart, who is wearing street clothing, on his lap is his youngest son Blade, who is wearing a Shawn Michales glove and hat, Blade waves at the camera, and holds up a big sign that says, "Get well soon Shawn!"
Next to Bret is his wife Julie, she is wearing a dress, and smiles at the camera, next to her is their youngest daughter Beans, who is sitting next to her best friend, Jareth 'Squire' Vay, they seem to be poking at each other but when they notcie the camera they both look up and grin innocently at it.
Next to them is their oldest son, Dallas, who appears to be slightly bored, waiting for the show to start. And next to him is, their oldest daughter, Jade, Jade is holding up a large foam finger which says, Roxanne #1, which she waves at the camera.
Beside her is Corey Major. Jade looks up at him adoringly, and Corey smiles nervously back at her. He shrugs at the camera.... then waves, mouthing the words: 'Hi Mom!'
Bam Bam Bigelow is also seated in the front row, dressed in an extra-large sweater and looking relaxed. He nods at the camera.
JR: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... WELCOME.... TO WWF SUPERSTARS! I'm Jim Ross along with Sarah D. and Heart Attack! We are in the home of the Hart Family.... you can see them all in the front row.... CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA!
Heart Attack: They certainly take up more then just one ROW!
JR: Yes indeed, I see them wrapping around the side there!
Sarah: I'm certainly glad to see them here.
JR: We got a BIG CARD TONIGHT! Six man action. Vader and Demolition against Double J and two mystery partners!
Sarah: I can't WAIT to see who Double J has!
Heart Attack: One of them has GOT to be Sting!
JR: He and Jarrett HAVE been forming some kind of alliance as of late. We know Sting and Vader have crossed paths before!
The camera then picks up S.B. Peterson and Yokozuna! They are sitting behind the announcer's table. Peterson has his long blonde hair down and is wearing a black leather jacket, blue jeans and black work boots. He holds open his jacket to show a cartoon picture of a clown smoking a cigar. It reads: "Bring Back Bob the Angry Clown!"
Peterson holds up more t-shirts and hands them to the announers and the fans around him.
Yokozuna is clean shaven and dressed in an expensive business suit and tie. He has on black sunglasses....
