Tito Santana stands by in the Hart Foundation locker room where Bret Hart is suited up for his match against Vader. Bret Hart stands here wearing his wrestling singlet, Calgary Hitmen leather jacket and his sunglasses.
Santana: Bret Hart, great to finally speak to you! It is truely a pleasure.
Hart: It's a pleasure to have you here as well, Tito.
Santana: Thanks Bret. About your match with Vader tonight, how do you feel the deadly tag team Demolition will play apart?! You know Cornette's got to be thinking ahead to the title match on Monday.
Hart: I hope Demoltion stay on the sides, and leave this match as a single contest between Vader and myself. I am sure Corny is hoping Vader can soften me up for Demolition, well Cornball, Vader is going down.
Santana: Well, the Mega Powers seem to be having problems from Camp Cornette as of lately! Ahmed was insulted by those OUT OF LINE remarks from the Blizzard Adrien Blades and now Demolition have been saying rather boastful comments concerning you and Jim. I know the tag team gold is more important to you than this match with Vader but are you afraid that that MAY earn you a loss here tonight?!
Hart: Tonight I am focused on Vader, the Tag Match will be in the back of my mind of course. But I doubt it will affect me. Vader is a big big man, and if I do not give him all of my attention I'll lose. So tonight big man, you are going to come crashing down. Each of us has beaten the Giant, so now we face each other. And just like when you and Jarrett teamed up against the Hart Foundation, you will fall, to the Excellence of Execution!
The Hitman leaves the lockerroom, and heads to ringside, shaking Tito's hand on his way out.
Santana: Ladies and gentlemen, 'The Hitman' Bret Hart has some got a MASTADON of a task tonight in the form of Vader! I've got confidence he'll win it...BACK TO YOU JR!
Pillman: TITO SANTANTA??? Where did HE come from!?
Pillman grabs J.R.'s notes... muddles through them... then throws them in the air in frustration!
Heart Attack: I don't know! This is all very confusing!
Pillman: It's the Hitman vs. Vader, right?
Heart Attack: That's a safe bet! Let's go up to the ring! Jeez!
VIDEO WALL...
The video wall over the entryway comes on... to reveal Dean Malenko. The WWF fans boo when they see him. He can obviously hear them, but shows no emotions or expressions.
Malenko: Hitman... 'excellence of execution'... I hope you don't mind if I ... watch this match. Even if you DO, I could care less. I've got you under the microscope tonight. Let's just see how many moves you know. You claim you know at least a thousand counters to my moves? I seriously doubt... that you'll have an opportunity to show that tonight against Vader... or on Raw against Demolition. But I'll be watching anyway.
Malenko stares out into the arena, then continues...
Malenko: You've mentioned the similarities between us this past week. And until Summerslam, there may be some truth to your words. But after Summerslam, there will be one glaring difference between you and I. I will be the winner... and you will be the loser.
Malenko: Now let's get on with this match.
Malenko steps back a bit from the camera, and folds his arms. He stares out into the arena, ready to 'watch' the match.
THE MAIN EVENT
Vader
w/Jim Cornette, Demolition & the Blizzard
vs.
Bret the Hitman Hart
w/Jim Neidhart, Ultimate Warrior, Brutus Beefcake & Bobby HeenanThe Match:
Vader's music begins to play. Vader comes out, carrying his chair and is on the look out. Jim Cornette and the Blizzard lead the way. Cornette has a big smile on his face and he the Blizzard is carrying a 2 x 4.Following them comes Demolition. Fog wisips off their studden leather outfits. They are wearing their full leather outfits including masks. They stand in Cornette and Vader's corner.
Dean Malenko is shown, still on the video wall as the Hitman is introduced.
The Hart Foundation music starts to play as pink and white lights start to move across the fans. Down the entry aisle heads the Hitman Bret Hart, and the Anvil Jim Neidhart. Bret has put on an elbow brace, and a "Breathe Right Strip". When they get to ringside Bret takes off his glasses and puts them on the head of a little boy at ringside. Bret then gets down to his wrestling singlet and rolls into the ring...
VADER ATTACKS!!! Vader lands a punch... then a CLOTHESLINE! Vader knocks the Hitman back into the corner where he unloads with forearm shots and punches... then a clothesline that KNOCKS the Hitman down! Vader hits the ropes... BIG SPLASH!!
He hooks the leg.... ONE... KICKOUT!! Vader begins to get up for more damage... but the Hitman spins around behind him on the mat... grabs a leg.. and TAKES HIM DOWN FACE FIRST!! The Hitman brings the leg up over his shoulder... holds the foot... and STONE COLD STUNS IT!!
Pillman: I know THAT move! But he did it wrong!
Heart Attack: No... he did it to the leg! That must've HURT!
Dean Malenko is shown, nodding his head in approvement. Atlantra makes her way to the ringside area. She is dressed in a low cut Blue Green Jumpsuit. and high Green Boots. Her long green hair hangs over her shoulders, with tiny shalls in it that twinkle when she moves her head.She walks up behind the Anvil and goes to tap him on his shoulder then pauses for a moment as if not sure if she she should do this this. She pulls her hand back for a minute then reaches out and tapps him on the shoulder. The Anvil Jumps at first and turns around, ready for a fight. When he sees Atlantra, he gets a goofy grin on his face. Atlantra does not look directly at the Anvil at first. Then Shyly looks up at him and smiles.
Atlantra: Hello Jim?
Anvil: Hiya, 'Lantra
The Hitman gets over Vader, who's trying to get up, but is hindered by repeated forearms in the back of the head. Bret circles Vader, who now stands... and the Hitman makes a move for the injured leg. Vader pulls it back... and Bret switches to the GOOD leg... AND TAKES HIM DOWN!!! Bret continues to work on the leg from the mat...
Atlantra: ( Still looking shyly at Anvil) I was wondering if you (Looks around)Saw my Match with Heart Attack?
Anvil: Of course I did.
Atlantra: What did I do wrong?( Pleading look)
Anvil: Weelllll, (looks around) you did pull her hair, there are better ways to get out of that hold.
Atlantra: Can we talk about it? Can you help me get better?
