Booker reacts almost instantly, taking Corey by suprise... with a HARLEM SIDEKICK!! Corey is flipped back and over, down to his knees. Booker hits the ropes and comes rushing off with a Scissors Kick.... but Corey does a forward roll and gets out of the way.
Booker turns and comes back at him with a chop that Corey CATCHES... and turns into an armbar. He spins Booker around... and hooks him in a FULL NELSON! Corey spins around, disorienting Booker a bit... then he lifts him up in the air... releases the Full Nelson... and SLAMS him down on his head and shoulders!
Pillman: ALRIGHT! Y'know... AUSTIN taught him that hold!
Corey jumps on top of Booker, who gets his leg up between them and pushes him off. Booker kips up... and throws the SCISSORS KICK at Corey, knocking him back... and DOWN!!
Booker goes to the corner... and goes all the way up!
JR: Could be the Harlem Hangover!
Bret yells in to Corey, who at the last second comes alive... and gets his KNEES UP JUST IN TIME!! Corey kips up to HIS feet and Booker rolls out of range to regroup in his corner. Slick reaches in, rubbing his shoulders and offering some help.
Booker stands all the way and he and Corey meet in the middle, locking up. Corey pushes one of Booker's arms aside, then circles around behind him, hooking his head and leg... ABDOMINAL STRETCH!
Booker is too strong to hold, and he slips his leg free.... and SWEEPS it back, knocking Corey down to the ground. Booker turns around and kicks him in the midsection for good measure... before going BACK up to the top.
Sabrina and Bret BOTH yell in something to Corey, then look to each other. Corey stumbles up to his feet... turns and sees Booker... leaping at him for a MISSLE DROP KICK.... Corey dives up into him with a FOREARM SHOT!!! Booker is knocked back into the turnbuckles, where he bounces forward out of control... into a REVERSE NECKBREAKER!!!
JR: These two are going back and forth, but critical top rope errors by Booker is keeping him from the advantage here.
Pillman: He has a handi-cap.... SLICK!
Corey stands up over Booker and pulls him up, hooking him for a SIDE RUSSIAN LEG SWEEP. Booker blocks it, then reaches across his body and catches Corey in the mid-section with a closed fist, doubling him forward and breaking the hold. Booker throws a well aimed KARATE PUNCH on the back of his head, knocking him to his knees....
Corey reaches out for a leg... finds it... and HITS A TAKEDOWN! Corey comes up with the leg... brings up the other.... and does a SLINGSHOT INTO THE CORNER!! Booker's head hits the STEEL!!! He falls back into the ring onto his back...
Stevie Ray then steps out of the curtains to some loud boos. He moves quickly toward the barricade, as if going to hit some fans... but doesn't. He yells at them to shut up.
Corey, meanwhile, has kept Booker down with a Full Nelson again, unaware of Stevie Ray...
Stevie continues down to ringside, holding his arms out wide at the others, showing them that he doesn't mean any harm. Stevie walks around ringside, laughing at Slick, who holds his cane out in front of him... ready for an attack.
All eyes are on Stevie, even the referee who's trying to maintain order.
JR: I think everyone EXPECTED him to show up!
Pillman: Leave him alone! He's not hurting anyone!
Just then... from the crowd... IT'S DEAN MALENKO! Malenko slides into the ring, holding something in his hand..... BAM! He nails Corey Major from behind with a pair of brass knuckles!!!
JR: Oh no! Referee!!! LOOK!!
Pillman: Corey wins by DQ! CALL IT!
JR: The ref didn't SEE IT!
Malenko dives out of the ring and Bret and Slick run towards him. Malenko quickly retreats, hopping over the barricade...where STEVE AUSTIN IS WAITING!! Austin picks up a tray of sodas and heaves it at Malenko, who bats it away. Austin dives at Malenko, taking blind punches at him. Malenko slips free of Stone Cold's grasp and runs up into the stands. Austin pursues!!
Pillman: Alright! Stone Cold! Get him Steve!!!
JR: Austin was watching Corey's back in the stands!
Stevie starts to move toward the ring...
JR: REFEREE! Turn around!!!
Pillman: Notice... it's MITZY JOHNSON again!
Stevie looks around.. sees his opportunity... and climbs up onto the top rope.... and dives off at Booker T.... MISSILE DROPKICK!! Booker goes down! Stevie rolls out of the ring and runs up the aisle.
The ref turns around and sees both Corey and Booker lying down on the mat. Corey starts to move slowly toward Booker, getting up on his hands and knees.
Pillman: C'mon Corey! Beat him!
Corey stands up, not aware of what happened to Booker. He holds the back of his head in pain as he pulls Booker up... hooks his head and leg.... SMALL PACKAGE!! ONE... TWO... THREE!!!
Pillman: YES! YES! YES! He beat Booker!
JR: Well.. Stevie was involved, but then so was Dean Malenko. So I guess that balances out.
Corey falls back out of the ring, still a little shaken from Malenko's shot on him. Wild Chylde and Bret help him to his feet. Sabrina grabs the I/C belt from the announcer's table and hands it to him.
Slick helps Booker out and they start to walk up the aisle...
Stevie Ray's face comes on over the big video screen....
Stevie: Aaaaaahhhhh!!! YOU SUCK, BOOKER!! You can't even beat stinky Corey Major, punk! At Summerslam, I'mma whoop you up, but good, fool. I can't WAIT to get my hands on you inna ring... once and for all.... and I'mma END... YOUR.... CAREER!!!
The screen clicks off. Booker kicks his feet at the barricade... looking REALLY depressed. Slick talks to him and they walk out.
Corey Major grabs a mic and rolls into the ring. Austin hops over the barricade, Malenko is long gone.
Corey: It just doesn't STOP, does it? Ted DiBiase just CAN'T sit back, and let others live their lives. No, rich-dude's gotta stick his wrinkly nose into other people's business. Well Teddy... last night at Nitro... was just the TIP... of the iceberg. Next week...Raw and Nitro, in the City... of Brotherly LOVE! But for that one night... it will be known as... THE CITY OF CHAOS! Because CHAOS... WILL... ENSUE!!!!!
Corey brings the fans in the arena up out of their seats, chanting WWF! WWF! WWF! WWF! Corey leaps from the ring and takes Wild Chylde by the hand and everyone walks out.
