(Razor's music plays. The Bad Guy comes through the curtains. Behind him comes... Emperor Eddie Gilbert with Power and Glory! They get up into the ring with Razor as his fireworks go off. The fans are booing.)(Badd Boy Derrick Stardom's music starts to play. Stardom comes out alongside Sabrina Savage, holding up his I/C title belt. He walks down the aisle to the ringside area and heads toward the announcer's table. He flirts a little with Heart Attack, then turns away laughing. Stardom climbs into the ring with Sabrina.)
Emperor: (with a microphone) Citizens of the Empire... if I could have your ears! I have told you all that I intend to bring to the Empire what could become the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time... and I can do it! The contract that WAS going to Shawn Michaels for a re-match with Stardom has instead been given to... Razor Ramon! And now... I can secure the Intercontinental Title. Razor, I'm sure never in your wildest dreams did you expect this to happen.... AGAIN!!!
(Hercules and Paul Roma launch themselves at Ramon and begin battering him down with fists and the chain. Ramon fights back, but is out numbered... ! He is busted open by a shot from Hercule's chain... and his eyes roll back. Roma puts the boots to him as the Emperor laughs hysterically. They continue to beat on Razor until he is no longer moving.)
Emperor: Ramon... for a SECOND I DID almost consider you Empire material. But you just don't listen do you? I told you we don't have any problem with Stardom or Savage... but you had to go and attack them anyway. That just sealed your FATE! GET the greaseball OUT of here!
(Roma and Hercules roll Razor out of the ring to the outside. The Emperor turns to Stardom and Sabrina.)
Emperor: First, Sabrina... wonderful job as a referee earlier on. I'm sure Brian Pillman will enjoy bossing around the Anvil for an entire day! And second, I am truly sorry that Razor Ramon did what he did to you. But he's paid for it... because NOBODY crosses Empire members and SURVIVES! Welcome Sabrina... to the Empire!
Stardom: WHAT?!
Sabrina: That's right! So are YOU going to come with me or are you going to go off by yourself and have a quick end to the Intercontinental Title reign... without ME!?
(Stardom steps back. He looks mad.)
Emperor: Join us, Stardom. Look at what we've given you (points to Ramon).... A NIGHT OFF! Stardom... you can work side by side with your manager as a member of the Empire! Think of the back-up you would have!
(Heart Attack stands up at the table. She looks concerned.)
Stardom: I don't NEED back-up! BBDS came on the scene tonight to defend SUCCESSFULLY once again, the Intercontinental Title. And that's what I'm going to do.
Emperor: Against WHO? We were GOING to get you another opponent... but Sarah D. wouldn't give up the contract for the match! She KNEW we would beat on Ramon and wanted to see it happen! You'll just have to live with a NO-SHOW victory!
Stardom: Sabrina, let's leave this party. Get me an opponent so I can kick carcass and look oh-so-fly in the doin' so.
(Vice President Bam Bam Bigelow comes down the aisle and gets up into the ring to listen.)
Sabrina: I don't think so, Derrick.
Emperor: Don't be a fool, Stardom. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. The Empire doesn't bring in just commoners. We want CHAMPIONS!
Sabrina: Take it Derrick. Take the chance!
Stardom: Gilbert, it ain't no shocker to the world that I don't JOIN stables! I've never needed them... and I never will. I am the Badd Boy Derrick Stardom, the GREATEST, LONGEST reigning Intercontinental Champion in the HISTORY of the World Wrestling Federation.
Emperor: That's not too bad. But you'll get better! You'll become part of the Empire!
Stardom: Your wasting your breath and MY time! Sabrina... let's go. You're not actually going to STAY with the Empire are you?
Sabrina: Yeah... I AM!
Stardom: You've got to be KIDDING me! Get me a match! Your my manager! And I want to defend the title!
Sabrina: Join us... and you'll get that chance! If not... find somebody ELSE to take care of your business!
Emperor: You already did defend your title! A successful title defense over Razor Ramon! With a LOT more defenses pending!
Sabrina: RIGHT!
Stardom: Badd Boy Derrick Stardom will NOT take a win like that. I can kick Ramon's tooth-pick gnawin' self all around SkyDome. I've taken the roof off this place before... and could have done it again!
Bam Bam: Stardom... you've GOT to defend the title tonight. If you don't the title will be STRIPPED from you!
Emperor: There you hear it Stardom! Keep your title. Take the victory over Ramon! You don't want to LOSE your title do you?
Stardom: The one thing that BBDS has ALWAYS maintained is his pride! I...DO... NOT... SELL... OUT! If THIS is how the WWF is going to be... if this is how the Empire is going to be... (points to Sabrina) ... if this is how YOUR going to be....
(Stardom backs up. He holds the I/C title belt up in the air and climbs up onto the turnbuckle and shows it off to the fans. He jumps back down into the center of the ring and looks down at the belt for a few tense moments....)
Stardom: Then I FORFEIT! I will NOT take a win that way!
(Stardom tosses the belt down at Bam Bam's feet and leaps out of the ring. He doesn't look back to the ring as he heads out, disappearing behind the curtains.)
Emperor: What an idiot! He'll pay for this! And when the Empire makes a promise, we ALWAYS deliver!
(Bam Bam picks up the Intercontinental Title and leaves with it. The Emperor looks very angry. Sabrina shrugs to the Emperor.)
Sabrina: I tried!
Emperor: He'll pay.
