THREE!!!! Austin pops up!!! NO! Two count!!! The referee signals TWO count!

Stone Cold gets in the ref's face to argue... and the Giant TRIPS him down to the canvas. The big man gets over Austin and starts chopping him in the face and chest with open hands. He then pulls Austin up and throws him to the ropes for the ride...

....Austin comes back at the Giant. The Giant pulls him up and spins him around like a Tilt-a-Whirl Slam... but he drops him down into a TOMBSTONE INSTEAD!!! The fans GASP!

The Giant folds Austin's arms over his chest and holds him down for the pin. The referee counts Austin out... 1... 2... KICKOUT!!!

The Giant sits up... and he looks MAD!!! REAL MAD!!! He stands up over Austin and starts stomping and kicking at his chest, then he puts his big boot over Austin's neck, CHOKING THE LIFE FROM HIM!!!

The referee counts, getting the Giant to break. The Giant reaches down and pulls up Austin by the throat, as if he were a toy! He hoists him up.... ONE HANDED CHOKE SLAM!!!!! The Giant covers!

The ref hits the mat... 1... 2... KICKOUT!!

Bam Bam: Unbelievable!! Austin kicks out from the CHOKESLAM!!

JR: This match is SO physical! So POWERFUL! It IS worthy of a King of the Ring match!

The Giant looks to be calmer, but still angry. He yanks up Austin and gets behind him. He hooks his leg and starts going for an ABDOMINAL STRETCH!!! Austin slips an arm free... and spins around behind the Giant!

Austin goes for the STRETCH... but can't hook it on the Giant's body! He pulls one of the Giant's arms around and slips his own arm up under his chin... THE MILLION DOLLAR DREAM!!!

The referee starts jumping around in front, ready to check on the Giant... WHO'S FADING FAST!!!

JR: Sting had him in a SIMILAR move in the Semi-Finals... and this late in the tournament, Austin could WIN with it!!

Bam Bam: The Giant also hurt his leg inna last match... and all that weight is bearin' down on it now.

Sure enough, the Giant's leg buckles from under him and Austin rides him down with the Half Nelson Sleeper. The referee checks the Giant's arm... IT'S LIMP!! The ref turns and motions to the timekeeper... ONE!

He raises the arm again.... NO! IT DROPS DOWN!! He turns to the time-keeper... TWO! But then... the Giant starts to stand back up again! Austin tries to pull him down, but the immovable object just keeps rising up!!!

They're back on their feet!!! The Giant kicks back with his leg... catching Austin...IN THE GROIN!!! The fans MOAN in sympathetic pain! Austin backs away, doubled over and holding his lower abdomen.

The Giant shakes at his head, trying to get everything going. He then stalks in at Austin and pulls him into position for the ABDOMINAL STRETCH!! Austin slips free from it and comes up behind the Giant...FULL NELSON!!!

Austin pushes the Giant forward....and he goes! Austin sees the opportunity! He lets go of the Full Nelson... lunges forward.....AND HITS THE STONE COLD STUNNER!!!!!! SOME FANS POP!

JR: If he can just turn him over!

Austin rolls the Giant's heavy body over, and covers! The ref pounds at the mat... 1... 2....
