Double J heads out of the interview area.... and a CRASH is heard!!! The camera swings around to show Jarrett, being engulfed in a fog cloud!!! Inside of it, we see two large shapes jump Jarrett! The fog slowly disperses and we see Demolition attacking Jarrett! They are wearing full leathers and beating on him with their metal studded gloves!!!
Ax and Smash pound on Jarrett... and Smash yanks him up... POWERBOMB!!! The Roadie dives in from backstage, kicking at Ax and Smash! Jarrett is quickly busted open and dropped to the floor....
Demolition turn on the Roadie and plaster him to the ground as officials come charging in. The fog again rises up, engulfing Demolition... and it rolls away, taking the two with it!
The Roadie gets up and helps up Jarrett to his feet. Elizabeth comes rushing in with a concerned look on her face. Double J picks up his title belt, and they walk out...
JR: This doesn't look good! Demolition... STABLEMATES OF VADER! It's some sort of TRAP! Jarrett will now be entering the ring... INJURED!!!
A replay of the attack is shown in slo-mo.
JR: WHEW, man! They hit him quick... and they hit him hard! Double J has been lacerated... but he's on his way to the ring I hear! Let's get to the match!

The Match:
Vader's music blares from the speakers, shaking the fans! He comes down the aisle with Jim Cornette, carrying a chair and looking around. He has a smile on his face!JR: Vader looks confident and ready to win for a THIRD time the I/C title!
Double J's country theme begins to play... and Jarrett comes down, still holding his head but walking. The Roadie and Elizabeth are with him. They get up to the ring. The ref comes over to them, seeing Jarrett hurt.
Referee John Pinnette: What about it Double J... can you wrestle?
Jeff Jarrett: NO!
Jim Cornette: WHAT?! You just took a little bump on the head is all!
The fans start to murmur as Vader howls at Jarrett from across the ring! Cornette gets up to the referee as Jarrett steps back with the Roadie. Elizabeth moves up and starts talking with the referee, pointing to the video wall as footage of Demolitions attack is shown.
JR: I don't know what's going on here! Will they award the title to Vader?
Sarah D: (sitting back down at the table) Hey JR. What's going on?
JR: Jarrett was attacked before the bell.... he says he's not fit to wrestle!
Elizabeth and Jim Cornette talk, and argue respectively, with the referee. It gets quite animated. Jarrett and Vader glare at each other from across the ring.
JR: They're going to give the title to VADER! I think that's the WWF rules!
Sarah: Elizabeth seems to be negotiating or something!
JR: I sure with I could read lips right now.....
