WILD CHYLDE DIBIASE PRE-MATCH COMMENTS
Wild Chylde is standing in the backstage area. Corey and Slick stand a little behind her. She is dressed in her wrestling attire and wears her crown on her head. It twinkles in the light.
W.C.- Well, this is my last night as 1996 Queen of the Ring. It may be my first night as Queen of the Ring 1997! And tonight, I get to scout out Gold-Dust again before we meet at Summerslam! Corey and I are just about ready. Right Corey?
C- I'm ready! YOU look ready. But Gold-Dust ain't gonna be ready! After tonight, she'll have second thoughts about Summerslam! You're gonna be the Queen again W.C.... I can FEEL it!
W.C.- There's a lot
Corey breaks in..
C- W.C.... I gotta go. I have something really important to do!
W.C.- (gives him a bewildered look and then reluctantly says) Okay.
C- I'm sorry, I... I gotta go!
He kisses her on the cheek and then disappears off camera.
W.C.- (turns to Slick) Slick? What's going on?
Slick- Sistah Wild Chylde, do not concern yourself with that, just yet. You have a monumental task set before you. Let your mind concentrate on that!
W.C.- You're right! Gold-Dust, there are things in heaven and earth that you just don't mess with! One of those things is some one elses family! And Corey Major and all our friends are my family. Remember that. You've become my father's lackey, bought and paid for. You represent everything I hate about my father! And for that... I must win here tonight!
The camera fades to black.

The Match:
Gold-Dust's music begins to play throughout the arena as small gold glitter falls from the ceiling. She comes through the curtain with a cocky look on her face. She is wearing her golden jumpsuit and sunglasses. She jumps up in the ring and warms up.The arena is quiet for a few moments, and then Wild Chylde bursts through, looking around in confusion... there's no music!
Suddenly, in the darkness of the arena... LIVE MUSIC begins to play! The drums kick through stands, bouncing everywhere as the bassline and guitar blast above it all! IT'S WILDSIDE... but it's not Motley Crue...
The lights come up to one side of the arena where a stage has been set up. A large curtain drops down revealing the band... TRIPWIRE!!! The fans go CRAZY! The girls rush to the front of the stage, looking up in awe at Corey Major, who swings his bass around his body, catching it and continuing to play. Pyrotechnics burst everywhere!
Wild Chylde gets a huge smile as the fans erupt with cheers! Wild Chylde opens the curtains for Slick and they walk down the aisle together. W.C. slaps hands with the fans vigorously as Slick struts next to her.
Corey backs up on the stage... and the fans rally, knowing what happens next. Corey gets a head of steam, holding his wireless bass.... then he charges to the edge of the stage... and DIVES OFF INTO THE FANS!!!
They hold him aloft, passing him along as he continues to pluck out the notes of the song. Corey is passed down to ringside where he continues to play as he approaches Wild Chylde with a smile. He doesn't miss a beat as he kisses her on the cheek and wishes her luck.
The music blasts to a crescendo and the lights on the stage drop out, leaving the roar of the fans.
Wild Chylde stands outside, staring in coldly at Gold-Dust. She stands frozen there for a few minutes. The fans cheers die down to murmurs as Chylde finally turns to Corey with a smile and salutes Corey and Tripwire... then climbs the steps and gets into the ring...
GOLD-DUST RUSHES IN!!! She rakes Wild Chylde across the face... then doubles her forward with a KARATE KICK!! Wild goes down to her knees as Gold-Dust leaps up and slams a SCISSORS KICK into the back of her head! Gold-Dust elevates herself... and MISSES a legdrop!!
Wild Chylde clamps on a headlock on the mat in an attempt to dictate the tempo.
Roxanne: Gold-Dust tries for another early advantage.. and it worked... but not for long.
JR: This should be an outstanding match! There's a lot more then just the Queen of the Ring riding on this!
Wild Chylde pulls Dust to her feet and releases the headlock... and CLOTHESLINES her into the ropes. Dust bounces back and is scooped up into a BODYSLAM!! G.D. doesn't stay down long. She scrambles to get to her feet, and Wild Chylde helps her up by clamping on a head vise and LIFTING her up by her head... then dropping her back down with a DROP DDT!!! The fans are eating it up! Corey and Slick high five each other at ringside.
Wild Chylde pulls Gold-Dust up, and in a flurry of motion, it's GOLD-DUST who sneaks in a shot by spinning around 180 degrees on her feet and throwing back a BACK FIST STRIKE that staggers the current queen. Then a HOLLYWOOD SIDEKICK knocks Wild Chylde clear off her feet and to the canvas!
JR: The kicks of Gold-Dust! I can't wait for Summerslam to see her and Jade exchange their martial arts kicks!
Roxanne: I'd say those two and Shi are the best 'kickers' this sport has ever seen!
Gold-Dust waits behind Wild Chylde... waiting for her to stand...
She does! Gold-Dust hooks an INVERTED DDT....
