STING PRE-MATCH SEGMENT

Sting is seen in the locker rooms, talking with Elizabeth.

Sting: You don't have to come out with me anymore. I know you're after him. Don't worry about me. I'll be fine by myself.

Elizabeth: Are you sure you're not gonna need me? And what about Woman and the Enforcers? Suppose they show up. I don't think that -

Sting: I told you. Don't worry about me. I'll deal with whatever happens. You go ahead and do what you have to do. I'll be FINE, I'm telling you!

Elizabeth: All right, if you insist. Just watch yourself out there.

Sting: I always do, Liz. DON'T WORRY!

Flash Funk
w/Wild Chylde DiBiase & Slick
vs.
Sting

The Match:
'Shake Your Groove Thing' by Peaches and Herb start to play! The fans jump up and down, jammin' to the music as Flash and the Funkettes appear amidst Wild Chylde and the Doctor of Style Slick. Slick and Flash bust some moves side by side and the place goes wild for them! Flash motions down for Wild Chylde to dance a bit, but she smiles and declines.

They hit the ring and do a number with the Funkettes. The fans are LOVING it! Wild Chylde applauds them at ringside. Sarah D is shown jamming at the announcer's table, urging Jim Ross to dance or move around a bit. But he assures her that he's quite fine!

As the dancing goes on, Sting comes down through the fans, dressed in his black coat and black/white face paint. He steps over the barricade. As the dance session ends and everyone but Flash leaves, Sting rolls into the ring and stands motionless in the corner.

The bell sounds. Flash steps to the center of the ring and waits... but Sting does not come out. Flash looks around confused a bit as Sting just stands there. Flash shrugs out at Slick... who shrugs back.

Then... up at the top of the aisle... 5 Samuarai guards appear! They begin to move down toward the ring. The Legion of Doom keeps a close eye on them. The Samurai move toward the ring and the LOD glare at them. Animal has a serious look on his face. Hawk rears back, flexing his muscles. The Samurai wisely decide to stay back.

JR: IT'S THE REBIRTH! They've already struck ONCE tonight! What will they try next!

Sarah: I bet they're after Sting! He DID try to attack Phoenix!

Flash tires of waiting for Sting... and he moves in. Sting prepares to defend... but the unpredictable Flash drops down... and DROP TOE HOLDS STING!!! Sting falls to the mat, where Flash flips over him, holding the leg for a hamstring pull!

Sting rolls with it and up to his feet! Flash runs at him... KNEE LIFT!!! Again Sting is felled! Flash bounces off the ropes and hits a vertical splash, dropping his rear down on Sting's torso.

Sting still stays on the defensive, just trying to block or slow Flash's moves down. Funk looks around a bit confused... but Slick urges him on. Flash stands with his back to the prone Sting... and flips back... ABDOMINAL SPLASH!! Flash effortlessly gets back to his feet... runs OVER Sting and SPRINGBOARDS OFF THE SECOND ROPE... MOONSAULT!!!

Flash pops back up... moves back to the ropes for momentum... and flips BACK-FIRST on top of Sting... !!! Flash runs at and dives at him... Sting rolls aside... but Flash doesn't CRASH! He somersaults through and up to his feet! Sting turns and Flash jumps up for a kick to the back of the head....

Sting ducks... and THIS time Flash crashes! Sting yanks him up... REVERSE DDT!!!! Sting whips Flash to the turnbuckles and comes running in....FLASH GETS A BOOT UP!!!! Sting backs up. Flash runs at him... CROSS BODY BLOCK TAKEDOWN!!!

Sting is left prone as Flash goes airborne from the top... ELBOWDROP!!! Flash goes BACK to the top! Sting rises up to his feet.... Flash leaps.... HEAD SCISSOR TAKEDOWN!!!

JR: Oh man! What a MOVE! Flash is so skilled!

Flash stands up and does a little 'groove' for the fans. Sting isn't impressed! He rolls into the back of Flash's leg's and trips him down. Flash is left on his hands and knees, where Sting rides him down with a headlock.

Flash pushes up and rises up, despite Sting's weight and pressure. Sting RELEASES the hold, and Flash's force pops him up to his feet... and into the STINGER DEATH DROP!!! Sting grabs Flash's legs and begins to put on... the SCORPION DEATH LOCK.....
