Animal hooks up with Smash.... and AX DOUBLE PUNCHES Animal from behind!! Smash gets out complaining to the referee that Hawk is coming in. Pinnette turns around to check on Hawk....
And Ax starts CHOKING THE LIFE OUT OF ANIMAL!!! The fans yell out, trying to get the referee to turn around... and when he does, Ax releases the choke. Ax pulls up Animal... BODYSLAM!!
Animal sits up, holding his lower back. Ax pulls him up again... BODYSLAM!!
On the ring apron, Shadow takes something from her pouch and hands it up to Hawk. He examines it... then hands it back down. It cannot be seen by the cameras...
Ax reaches back and tags Smash again. Animal is sent for the ride towards Smash, who drops down in a three point stance... and FOOTBALL CLIPS Animal up and over!! Then DEMOLITION GO TO WORK ON ANIMAL!! They start stomping on him while he's down! The referee starts counting and issuing warnings. Pinnette finally gets Ax out of the ring... and Smash tries to throw Animal from the ring...
Animal hangs on and doesn't go. Animal punches through Smash and tags in Hawk! The referee sees Animal leave and the match continues. Hawk delivers two quick headbutts to Smash, staggering him a bit.
Sarah: What a great match so far.
Pillman: SURE! You say that when the ROAD WARRIORS are winning! Kiss A$$!
Sarah: Here comes James E. Cornette!
Cornette comes down the aisle and stops, watching the match. In the ring, Hawk pulls up Smash... AND PILEDRIVES him down near the Road Warrior corner. Hawk backs up the ropes onto the turnbuckle... and leaps... ELBOWDROP TO THE THROAT!
Smash starts to get up and he locks up with Hawk. Smash and he rumble along the ropes... and flip UP AND OVER TO THE OUTSIDE!!! Smash lands on his feet, but Hawk isn't so lucky! Smash takes control as the referee starts a ten count, yelling for them to get in....
Smash grabs Hawk by the head... and SLAMS him into the steel steps... then AGAIN!!! The referee continues his count...
Pinnette: Smash... knock it OFF... or I'll disqualify you! I mean it!
Smash lifts up Hawk like he's going to bodyslam him... but he runs toward the ringpost. Pinnette looks ready to call for the bell....
Hawk drops down BEHIND Smash... and continues the momentun.... driving SMASH into the steel ringpost!! THE FANS CHEER!! The count continues....
8.... 9.... Hawk rolls in... 10!!!!! THE REF CALLS FOR THE BELL!!!
Announcer: As a result of a COUNT-OUT... your winners.... the Legion of Doom... the ROAD WARRIORS!!!
Jim Cornette turns and leaves as Iron Man starts to play over the speakers. The fog once again rises up around ringside, and Demolition disappears into it.
