RESULTS: Monday Night Raw Mar 3, 1997

HEART ATTACK PRE-MATCH COMMENTS

(Heart Attack and Corey Major are in the Raw-buttal area.)

Heart Attack: Let me start by saying something that's obvious... I am NOT three months pregnant! I would not be wrestling in the ring if I were. Brian Pillman is nothing more then a procurer of LIES!

Corey: PRO-WHAT?

Heart Attack: Never mind. You know I'm not pregnant.

Corey: OH, I HOPE NOT! (looks at her belly)

Heart Attack: I am NOT! Stop IT! (smiles, he pats it.) I've never wrestled Raven before, so it'll be a learning experience. I need to move back up in the rankings after dropping from first to fourth.

Corey: But your the Female Wrestler of the Month!

Heart Attack: I am? I AM?!

Corey: Yeah!

Heart Attack: Well THAT'S something! Let's get out of here!

The Match:
The camera comes up in the ring where there are two people in the ring with the announcer. One is a man wearing a fancy red, orange, yellow and gold oriental outfit, with a red face and black wings over his eyes. The other is an Oriental woman in a red oriental battle dress The man hands the announcer a golden letter:

Man: "Give this to the winner, sir."

The announcer takes the letter and nods, as the two 'guests' leave the ring and stand at ringside.

Raven is introduced first, coming down arm in arm with S.B. Peterson. The fans give them a nice ovation.

Heart Attack is introduced next and the fans give a loud response! She comes through the curtains, slapping hands and signing a few autographs. Corey Major holds her hand and comes to ringside with her, eyeing Brian Pillman the entire time. Heart Attack can only give a funny look toward the two mystery 'guests.'

The bell rings. Raven extends her hand and Heart Attack shakes it. They square off. Heart Attack drops down and pulls Raven to the mat with a drop toe hold. Raven sits out and comes up behind Heart and uses a nerve hold on her shoulder.

Raven switches to an armwringer. Heart Attack flips forward... rolls backward... and kips up, out of the move. Raven tries to compensate... but is nailed with a kick... then a knee lift! Heart Attack follows with a double kick to the back of the head!

Raven goes for the ride... Heart Attack sets... jumps up.. and MISSES a Hurricarana! Raven holds on to the top rope and Heart crashes, landing on her head. Raven pulls her into a standing side headlock, slamming karate chops into her.

Corey: C'mon Heart Attack! C'mon!

Heart Attack pushes Raven off of her and sends her to the ropes. Raven runs back... Heart Attack ducks down... BIG BACK BODY DROP!!! Raven flips over... AND LANDS ON HER FEET! Heart Attack turns around.... into a REVERSE NECKBREAKER... THE NEVERMORE!

S.B. claps as Raven dives on top of Heart Attack... she hooks the leg... 1.. 2... kickout! Heart Attack barely slips out.

Raven pulls her up and begins to set her up for the Nevermore again. Heart forearms her in the ribs. Raven jumps up for an insugori kick... Heart rolls away! Raven falls prone to the mat.

At ringside, the golden-clad man pulls a pocketwatch out... checks the time... then he and the woman leave.

Heart Attack moves over Raven... INSIDE CRADLE...1... 2... 3...!

Winner, by pinfall: Heart Attack

Corey: You did it! You did it!

Corey runs in and high fives her, then gives her a big hug! The announcer walks up to Heart Attack and hands her a golden letter. She opens it and reads it....
